My understanding is that Collins own stores in various locations and others (i.e.Stephen Copulos family company a whole lot of other stores including in NSW). KFC Australia may hold the Australian country licence then sub-licence to Franchisees / stores in various territories (i.e States). These are often multi layer arrangements where the owner owns and controls the brand and all that happens. We need proof from Collins or others. Collins may be invited into the tent but it will be controlled by Taco of the US.
