ASX allowed Realm Resources Limited (ASX:RRP) to trade for 10 days and then forced the company into suspension on 13 September 2016
ASX had ample time to suspend the company from trading while it was in Trading Halt, instead they allowed it to trade for 10 days.

ASX was notified of the Foxleigh Transaction on Monday- 29 August 2016 via Trading Halt, to say ASX knew nothing about the transaction is not true, they had 2 days to request the company to go into suspension, whilst the trading halt was in place.
ASX forced the company into suspension after 10 days of trading leaving us minority holders locked away in suspension when ASX had ample time to put RRP into suspension. Us minority holders are suffering from being locked away in suspension and not benefiting from coking coal prices. For some of us mum and dad investors, our money is not available to us. When an announcement is made regarding a company transaction & the stock continues trading one assumes there is no issue with the transaction because the announcement is made, ASX have allowed the announcement and trading to commence. How can they turn around after 13 days & say "oh sorry" there is an issue. You're suspended bad luck! this isn't right. We are suffering because of the incompetence of the ASX.....to our detriment! Why did they allow RRP to commence trading post their trading halt and announcement to the market if there was an issue with the transaction. Why didn't they remain in a trading halt until the issue was sorted? This isn't right.
The company is still in suspension and have been trying to work out listing again but ASX are refusing to co-operate. They should have suspended the company immediately on news of the Foxleigh Transaction not after 10 days.
