    Based on latest Lion sp today and S$ X-rate, offer is actually worth 19c ps now.

    But people don't like the idea of Lion scrip and SGX hassle selling, so throwing CGT shares away instead.

    Look at what happened with Lion bid for SBL. Took a while for the SBL sp to rise to the offer price. Really spiked toward end of bid. May converge faster here because Lion now have track record taking over ASX goldies with scrip.
