What makes you think that when the share price fell in November it was as a result of share price manipulation? It looks to me that it was a reaction by the market to bad news. The share price has not been able to recover since then, and I doubt it has been manipulated down all this time.

Have they become cashflow positive yet? Why is the management recommending the cheap takeover if things are so rosey.

Remember, Victorian gold mines is where good money goes to die.
