IMO, all the fundamental signals say BUY... ALL, not just a few, like:
1. Sojitz, TK and EGT binding off-takes for all initial production.
2. All Tanz. government approvals in place.
3. Advanced financing negotiations with blue chip banks in Germany and Africa. BFS conducted by bevy of quality consultants. Conducted in accordance with Equator Principles. RAP in progress. Funds set aside for same.
4. Very experienced board with second-to-none knowledge of graphite in many of its forms and applications, lengthy and successful experience in Tanzania, demonstrated effectiveness in negotiating sales agreements, finance agreements and raising necessary equity capital.
5. Adequate reserve to support existing binding off-take agreements for their duration and beyond.
6. Resource drilling likely to prove up a much greater resource at Epanko, with two other prospects to draw upon in the future.
7. Entering the graphite market at base level, supplying traditional uses, but strong plans and initiatives, supported by Sojitz, to supply the burgeoning battery market: at the dawn of the new Renewable Energy Age.
8. Circa $11M in the coffers.
9. Some major players on the share register, recently joined at 23c, ready and willing to ride the grey, growling graphite monster into the future.
10. Strong evidence, IMO, of substantial players seeking to depress the share price to acquire shares at bargain basement prices, betting on a nearly "sure thing" amongst the graphite plays on the ASX.
11. German government anxious to replace dependence on China, EU suing China over trade access to critical minerals.
12. Epanko graphite substantially superior to Chinese graphite for traditional refractory uses.
13. Upside of near future agreements with additional off-take partners.
14. etc etc
There are probably a dozen other positive FUNDAMENTALs that could be listed...
Oh... very low share price and market capitalisation viz-a-vie other graphite hopefuls and peers.
