Are you on the "HML / BHD Mutiny" email contact list? This is the best way to get information about what's going on behind the scenes and why the shareholders group is taking action to remove the existing directors.
An important point to note is that anybody speaking unfavourably of the existing directors needs to choose their words very carefully for reasons that should by now be obvious. If your concern is that the explanation for wanting to remove the existing directors given in the notice of general meeting does not tell the full story (and I agree, it doesn't) then this will be the reason why.
