My comments were mainly about the note funding, it's not the bulk of funding which has been stifling the share price and heavily diluting shareholders. The noteholders have kept a lid on any sustained share price rise in recent months imo. Share price has been lowered and noteholders have converted near lows and then used profits to buy new notes. Only one new note recently but more funding required with $1m worth of old notes approaching expiry plus working capital requirement funding. Hopefully for shareholders, no more noteholder conversions followed by high volume dumping for quick profits on the back of reports. Hopefully that's a bit clearer.
