ok gotcha webral thanks for clarifying. I'm not really fully up to date yet historically but one can assume based on number of shares on issue that there's been a lot of past dilution. I notice last con note conversion averaged around 4c for approx $670K + interest, If there is still $1mill of convertible notes then hopefully the share price can appreciate from here and close off remaining at .8c+, which with interest would be around 100mill shares to be issued. From that point on if dilution is kept to a minimum then share appreciation should occur.

I understand what you're saying though. When they're converting and throwing it straight back for sale on-market it does create a lot of downward pressure on the share price.
