From the web site on asx it doesn't affect normal course of trade if someone wants to buy @ .009 it doesn't come from .0085. It matches only with those orders to buy at .0085, so they don't jump any cues. But still at this level there is probably very little need for it. It would out and out robbery if you could jump to the head of que.
