It matches only with those orders to buy at .0085, so they don't jump any cues.
Well it is jumping the queue. They are jumping the buys at .8c and the sells at .9c. Where are these bids/sells? If they want to allow midpoint orders then they should appear in the queues so everyone is aware of them. There have been so many 8.5c trades today, it's just not a level playing field.
