Good post Grant62,I agree with your comments,realistic and level headed , unlike many of previous posts over last few months from hyped up people suggesting sp on relisting will enable you to retire to Jamaica and so on. I think these people cannot deal with reality.
I see the following problems
1. Too many shares on issue
2. strategic deals not yet in place
3. If the technology is so good,why aren't some big american companies jumping on board?
4.Shortfall in prospectus offering,but apart from that,will possibly need another capital raising in the very near future. 5. This shortfall will enable the company to again defer the relisting,but this time most likely indefinitely.
You all have to be joking if you are looking forward to relisting on june 6th,the directors are just playing games with shareholders again but a lot of you cannot see this due to the ridiculous hype. Possibly only worth a few cents a share anyway,so much for creating shareholder value,there was more value when the old wer shares traded for approx 40c the day of suspension. cheers brucey
