The areas that concern me:

i) After all this time, still no cashflow contracts or alliances of substance. Share prices are based on future earnings......no cashflow = What share Price? & shareholders are being asked to pay 43cents which is above the price paid recently by other investors and they have the audacity to put the terminology that it is a Priority allocation.

ii) The word "seeking" being used when they are talking about alliances. From memory 12 months ago they were close to securing some contracts & alliances which in effect means they have not progressed at all.

iii) Agree with prior comments, if the technology is that good why hasn't a Major jumped on board. For this Business Plan & technology to be commercialised there is no way thet MWC has the capability to bring this technology & earnings platform to the world by itself

iv) A small issue, but within the Prospectus timeline, there are specific dates listed for all elements except for the Relisting date which is specified as just "June 2004". Small issue I know, but this just typifyies the uncertainty of even the most minute aspects.
