all systems go!!

hi all, i have rang the company today and asked a few questions and can confirm the following.
i asked the company if the fraccing is still to go ahead, even though there has been a appeal?? and the answer is YES!!!! " yes we have been appealed but they have only appealed the DESISION not to reasses the fraccing process.
i then asked if halibutron were to arrive in the perth for example tomorrow are we allowed to go ahead and frac, the the answer was plain and simple YES!!!
They also told me they were surprised to see haliburton pack and leave to the norhtern territory, and also said its simply up to halibutons schedual when they return back to perth.
WE may frac sooner than what people think.
