From what I can recall the directors underwrote the shortfall in the prior options issue at the start of the year and as a result hold a few hundred thousand dollars worth of options.
Any capital raising particularly at lower prices would all but render the options worthless going forward. The management team have the most to lose from raising capital at this stage and price.
