    With very minimal support from existing shareholders, we have got across the line. Option call 2 is covered and if the few that contributed stump up for the warrants, the option call 3 will be covered.

    The BOD all converted their income owed to shares. Bigdish cancelled their CN.

    Now Ubecoin have to deliver.
