thus far acquisitions have been talked up by DYL management with zero takeovers this far
1st chance management has to raise cash they jump at it and dilute loyal shareholders in the process - done at a time when they had circa $10M in the bank, and the clock ticking
for the exercise of the options which would have raised another $30M
Little wonder that Sprott have sold down
