There's a lot of parties involved that a takeover would be very hard to achieve unless if its 10+ at this stage.
However at 10+ kar is worth 2.5b which is probably a fair price. Pre salt and Peru thrown in for free for a suitor.
If I was sitting opposite kar directors who want close to a billion, I be seriously considering a takeover.
