If the io announcement is quite significant then we could see movement similar to FDL/FMS which moved over 800% in 1 day from 1c to 9.7c.

So whether CFR is 1c, 2c or 3c prior to the announcement is irrelevant, the important thing is the quantity and grade of io which will sort the price out!
