Request for Trading Halt: Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB)
Carnaby Resources Limited (the Company) requests a Trading Halt to be applied to the Company’s securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and provides the following information:
a) The Company would like the Trading Halt to commence immediately;
b) Reasons for the Trading Halt: the Trading Halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding the results from a Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) and Maiden Ore Reserve in relation to the Company’s Tick Hill Project;
c) How long will the Trading Halt last: the Company expects the Trading Halt will last until the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 9 June 2020 at the latest;
d) The event we expect to happen that will end the Trading Halt: an announcement from the Company regarding the abovementioned PFS and Maiden Ore Reserve;
e) Other information necessary to inform the market about the Trading Halt, or that ASX has requested: there is no such information; and
f) The Company confirms it is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
