recapping what a few have said: Galen & Rajendran are pretty much the same interest.
That is the top 3 have a substantial holding. It hurts them a lot more when the SP drops but they also understand the ins and outs of the business, and would have had a much longer standing position from way back.
A drop to these levels is a hit, but they would have acquired the shares at a lower price.

my opinion only: If I was an owner/co-founder of the business, I wouldn't be selling my holdings other than for profit taking. I would be waiting for a long position and seeing whether any of the deals play out.

As a shareholder the position will be quite different.
