Maybe they had to retract it because Health therapies global now appear to have been given rights to Europe? & this has been HCTs plan all along?
I personally have a lot more faith in Global health to distribute compared to Ooh. Global health has already placed a large order worth 3.8million.. and they appear to look miles more professional than Ooh medical in my opinion. I would give them global rights if It was up to me as they will definitely place more large sized orders for these new regions. Ooh are yet to prove to us their worth.
