It could be that they don't have any product available to sell in the UK market just yet so have removed it for that reason.
No good promoting something and having an order page that can't deliver.

So I'd be very surprised if OOH Medical are no longer involved.

So no I don't honestly know why but Dr Rajen and Brett Fraser would have a much better handle on perhaps why and you owe it to yourself, your wife and your family members to find out from the company itself not from me or anyone else on here.

Honestly contact them and don't let up until you manage to speak with them and draw your conclusions from that.

I'd hate to see you make in irrational emotional decision that may cost you dearly later by being patient and going back to the fundamentals of the company and what they are aiming to achieve. It takes time.

Wouldn't want to see you turn a perceived mistake into a realised one only to kick yourself later.
What's another day to get your concerns addressed by the people running the company.

It's not like we're going to do an SKN tomorrow.
