I'm assuming that big dump was the holder who put his 700k shares to sell for 0.17 and had around 500k left to be executed. The order was removed this morning and so I would assume he got impatient and decided to just dump it at 0.155. Works out to roughly be the same number of shares sold, along with some other holders too. Hopefully the people accumulating at these levels are longer term holders who have patience.
