Kinda, although they still have to outlay money to lose money so its better to just let them lapse, given that they have just done a similar deal with the Protectene patent - it would not be a good look to let them lapse, i would expect an extension or quite possibly some very good news coming tomorrow or monday to push us over the 20 cent barrier once and for all, this stock is so illiquid at the moment a decent sales figure report would easily achieve far beyond that 20-25 or even 30 cent target.
