    I dont know but the last time i was this excited I was 12! Obviously write downs, obviously increase costs but I hope they emphasize the following points
    "meeting repayments"
    "Still no fire sales"
    "Details of equity offers (90c)"
    "progress of AU sales"
    "increase rents in AU"
    "increase operational profit"
    "my dream: dividend forecast"
