For now looking forward here ..., final EP due soon for 3.5 mtpa , either takeover , or move onto next stage , , Administration out of the Window for now .

They "take over" by shitting on previous investors!
Previous investors put in more funds than that, but the conspirators are free to issue new shares to themselves at a tenth or a hundredth of the previous capital fundraising price.
