IMO CCC is nothing but a 2 million ton producing (INVESTMENT compamy) not a mining company so it does make to report PEN will come online late 2012 or early 2013 so 2012 will be same or worse than 2011


i would not be surprised if CCC become bankrupt in 2012

IMO all is consolidation business by uprampers is just waste
