I don't get it, everyone i've talked to says qbe is set to boom this year and the price will sky rocket. So i had a look at it and from what i can see these people are right, if profit returns to levels before last year the p/e looks like 6 or 7 or something ridiculas like that.
Yet with all the infomation out there and all the huge fans, why isn't the price already rocketing? all i can think of is either
1. people are scared of a qbe without o'halleron
2. there are some hedgefunds with more knowledge than us, that are seriously wanting to bail out.
anyone got another possible explaination
