If ESI can sign supply agreements to overseas customers (and why wouldnt they...coldry is alot cheaper than black coal) then accessing funds to build a plant wont be an issue (even if the government shuts down power stations tomorrow).
Accessing funds in this environment will be very difficult in the short to medium term, but if you have a good business case, it will be a piece of cake imo.
I think ESI has a great business case.
