News from local paper states that banks will foreclose by the end of the week if no approval for resumption of activities given. They also state that the fact finding commission won't report until Thurs or Fri and the sentiment is that they will want the mine to close?
Obviously a ploy by the Church to keep their best assets as poor as possible. Absolutely nothing to do with the environment or the mines capability to perform safely.
