Have to agree .... the gov't is doing its best to support leveraged home owners ... but it will come un-done sooner or later - just a matter of time ... buying property now is dumb ! buy equities IMHO ... I'm sure there are many naysayers out there but I am putting my money where my mouth is ... inflation will kill property returns over the next couple of years IMHO .. I may be wrong of course and will pay for it , but ...
