Well if AJM have already pre purchased crushing units for their pilg tenement (which sounds odd in itself ); it just sounds like they are just really focused on mining themselves.
Apparently PLS initial plant install will come equiped with the installed crushing capability of at least 4mtpa and the accomodation camp to suit ie page 6 of the resource upgrade 300 man camp. So I can't see PLS and AJM jointly crushing ore, as initially PLS with most likely be in over capacity in that area.
I reckon the 'execution' of the access agreement as per yesterday ann , just provides both parties with a card to be run their access and reticulatons as per the details within the executed agreement should either company be taken over by another entity.
The MoU within yesterday's ann.....means Jack all IMO; it's all about the executed access agreement I reckon
