an alternative is the people who do not live in approved countries, or should I say, have their registered address in approved countries have spat the Dummy because they will not be able to purchase the Rights with the attaching FREE option, and hence will be diluted and lose whatever voting power they were trying to build up.

So all those nominee accounts with addresses in the Virgin Islands, Seychelles, etc lets hope not Bermuda though,will miss out, bugger!!!!!!
