DIA has pretty much given up on its business as far as I can tell, and buyers have not been queuing up to pay big prices to take the IP off their hands. Therefore, it is fair to value the DIA shell at close to zero.

A fair valuation for Pallane is another question, and not one that i am qualified to answer as i do not know the technology well enough.
