two years ago or now...nothing has changed (spec not for for better) except that 300 billion dollars have "dissapeared" along the way while pollies were praying that 'something' changes along the way and economy picks up. (not that anything could but...we all could see it but none of them ???)
well, our intellectualy limited politicians, nothing picked up the economy, money got wasted on glee clubs in schools and insulations in houses that would've been better off 'torn down' instead of insulated, FHBuyersG went to sellers and is weighing down those same firshomebuyers from a year or two ago !
