all these silly calculations

Please think about this:

The day the deal is approved:

1. New company issues 240 million share equaling to 480 million shares in total

2. LCY (Australian Share Holders) put their 19 million to new pool to invest in new procurements / development

3. LCY Indian Share Holders add 19 million to the new pool to invest in new procurements /development

4. LCY New Company effectively 38 million dollars to invest with 38 million asset.

RESULT 76 million dollar over 480 million shares 0.165 c per share with good prospects in a month's time.

People were led to lost by assumptions and miscalculations, I am disappointed
