Price around a $1.00 and pushed for CR, that's normal----Drops below CR... that's normal----Continues dropping, uncertainty about Huasco esp getting trapped with a huge $ commitment, general market weakness and big influence due to China... all normal
The market isn't liking anything risky when it comes to matters of potential "Treasury" depletion, esp CE's Treasury!
