The participating companies will continue to implement the "five-point consensus", accelerate the construction of domestic and foreign mining projects, increase the supply of raw materials, and at the same time continue to increase the procurement and use of domestic scrap copper raw materials.

2. Reach an agreement on adjusting the pace of smelting production. In response to the current supply situation of mining raw materials and market changes, in order to jointly maintain the healthy development of the global copper smelting industry, participating companies reached an agreement on adjusting existing production line maintenance plans and reducing production loads, delaying the operation of new production capacity, and delaying the time to reach production and standards. .

3. Reach consensus on raising the entry threshold and strictly controlling the expansion of copper smelting capacity. In response to the problem of excessive growth in production capacity in the copper smelting industry in recent years, the state will raise the entry threshold for new projects. Copper smelting enterprises will actively respond to the "China Nonferrous Metals Industry Self-Discipline Convention", strictly implement national policies and regulations, actively cooperate with relevant national departments to promote production capacity management, and control new production capacity.
