    Think about it. CE, NAB and HCH have been sitting on the fence for around 2 years now. All they have done is tried to wrap the HCH copper up with pretty pretty paper and a bigger bow.in those 2 years. None of their actions resemble a company forging forward to mine development under their own power. Geologist rarely do that.
