First 32mins is the standard spiel, nothing new. Matt is soft again and does not address in depth the latest CR, or atleast the price set.
I would suggest most holders should atleast listen from min36 onwards.

They have no plans to develop the water business, it will be to monetise it and still have a controlling stake or offtake for CF.

Geo's on the ground scoping where to put the rigs, have no plans to rush into it to appease holders.
Land tenements consolidation in Costa Fuego.
Maybe diversify into other resources, even maybe other land grabs in chili
Upgrade of port infrastructure
Rising Cu price to help IRR and mine life
Oh lately, expects multiple returns for shareholders in the future, simliar to that of FMG......time will tell?!
