I would think they need to test the ship coating for a full year. It is coming up on a full year iirc, but it is still not that. Ah yes, March 8 was the last announcement.
If the test is successful, I imagine the next step would be to upgrade to 10-20 ships and see if the data continues for another year. If the data are strong after that, I think you could market it easily. Marketing based on two ships is still a bit sub-optimal. '
