Eagles, take a deep breath and go back and do some (thread)reading. The JV has been well and truely discussed in as much as can be at this point in time and you know it.

You have already posted your thoughts on what you expect from the JV, yet you still hold. I don't believe you own a single share, matey, and lately your downramping has bordered on the hysterical. It's a pity because back in Feb you were actually making sense.

Instead of asking people to justify why we think the JV will be good for GGP why don't you post some figures on why you think a JV won't be?
