I agree with you about the Macro market. Up until this point I have firmly believed that there was still a realistic chance of the oppies getting over the line with a great JV ann. Can only hope for a roll-over.

The reality is that the 20% reduction in the POO over the last few months will make a considerable difference to the profit margin of any O&G operation and this will no doubt affect the terms of any JV.

I don't share that bleak outlook for the heads, and I think it's just a matter of time as markets improve and GGP goes from strength to strength.

I still have no issue with the company making announcements only when it is in the best interests of the company sa long as there is no insider trading.
