Although there are still two weeks to go for the deadline to release the JV news, what worries me / makes me much less confident is management's behaviour. You wouldn't talk up your unconfirmed wells like that just to get sharesholders money, then suddenly went quiet without even much details to advise/comfort shareholders. It is purely a money man's image. You know in the end what they normally bring.

Well, in a small company without a significant shareholder, the company is pretty much the CEO's own private company. They don't bother answer your calls or emails. They don't need to follow their plans for which they raised the money. Even a little larger one like CTP they can initiate a move to spill the board.
