well i presume you have to add security in that mix ,a balance of a healthy share price,millions in the bank and plodding along with exposing a commercial kimbo would need some form of security in protection against a T/O to a degree,they need to balance a working program around the wet seasons as once the infrastructure is in place it will need to work all year around so developing a kimbo is were a lot of cash will be sucked into it just preparing the site for mining at a depth were diamonds are found consistent.The alluvial program will go into full production and stock piling will be a given but the main game needs to exposed as fast as they can otherwise both the Angolan and the share market will deem it still has high risk.
