Since 1997 VPE share price has fluctuated somewhere between .01 cents (with 10:1 split equivalent of 10 cents today) and .06 cents (with 10:1 split equivalent of 60 cents today) which was a bit of an aberation as it did not last long.

If I bought $10,000.00 VPE shares @ .022 in Nov 1997 and hung onto them (which equals about my inital purchase), they would now be worth approximately $10,000.00. A NO interest, NO dividend investment. If you took into account 5% annual inflation, the investment would now be worth around $5,500.00.
