I am going to go out on a limb and say that any offer for VPE would come through at $200-300m. I think that some people would even consider that high as they do not necessarily have any strategic CSG assets after Don Juan, 575 and 171 get snapped up.

Any company who purchased these assets would not use them straight away and they would have to devalued accordingly; remembering the CSG industry is predicted to have 20-30 years in it and the growing export market is going to absorb most of that.

I think the small holders are going to get screwed. Point in case, SGL!!! I hope they dont but I dont hold hopes for the weak board.
