everyone seems to be focussing solely on JK. the notice of meeting was was not signed by JK. it was signed by the Chairman.
the whole problem with this situation is that it is the entire Board who are hoping to jump on the gravy train, and hold their hands out for free options.
If we all don't collectively send in our "NO" votes, the Board will think we agree, or that we just don't care.
I suspect that all the QGC related parties will vote this gravy train through, but at least we will get our message across that we do not agree with this very poor example of corporate governance.
