I think the fact ZNO hasn't made it to a significant index is part of the problem as it limits demand and allows the price to be conveniently manipulated. I believe if it gets included in the ASX 300, the price manipulation should slow or stop.
One of the reasons APT has gone so high is because it's made a sudden leap from ASX 100 -> ASX 50 -> ASX 20. There's so much money pouring in now. Institutions were aware it was going to happen.
