This one has been flying under the radar quite some time now.
There is HUGE buys tightly held with very little sells. IMO this is a winner.
Defense contracts, multiple renewed health contracts during covid crisis.
Not pillaged by day traders (yet)
The accumulation around 5c yesterday was massive.
